Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the 720Tour platform operated by xspaces.io ("we", "us", "720Tour"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of service

720Tour is a SaaS platform that enables organisations ("Clients") to create, manage, and publish immersive 360° virtual tours. Features include panoramic scene management, interactive hotspots, AI-guided commentary, and optional publishing to Google Street View.

3. Eligibility

720Tour is intended for use by authorised administrators and staff. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of your institution and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@720tour.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to 720Tour (photos, descriptions, scripts). By uploading content, you grant xspaces.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the 720Tour service.

You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, contains personal data of minors without appropriate consent, or violates any applicable law.

6. Google Street View integration

The optional Google Street View publishing feature requires you to authorise xspaces.io to act on your behalf via Google OAuth. You acknowledge that:

• Published content will be subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish all uploaded panoramic photos to Google Street View.
• You can revoke xspaces.io's access at any time via your Google Account or the 720Tour admin dashboard.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Access to 720Tour requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact info@720tour.io within 14 days of a charge for assistance.

8. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use 720Tour for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the 720Tour platform or its components.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

9. Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is available via info@720tour.io.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xspaces.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of 720Tour. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an earlier deletion.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you by email of material changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of 720Tour after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
